I am a qualified dentist from India, doing my ORE registration to get permanently registered in Uk as a dentist . Meanwhile, as it is a long journey, having skills and knowledge about dentistry I decided to start my career in same profession as a dental nurse. I started working as a full time dental nurse in the year 2020 in collingham dental practice , Nottinghamshire and then it 2021 12th of April I moved to saffron lane dental practice, Leicestershire due to short distance travel.
My job roles and responsibilities are preparing fillings and other materials, providing support and reassurance to the patient, sterilising instruments, processing x- rays, tidying and cleaning dental surgery, recording and filing information of patients, advising patients on oral hygiene, carrying out stock control, assisting the dentist during various procedures like RCT,extractions,crown and bridge, veneer preparations,fillings, routine checks,scaling and polishing, reception and following guidelines and protocols.
My hobbies are reading books, watching tv, shopping, yoga and exploring new places

Angel started at Saffron Lane Dental in September 2011 as a part time decontamination nurse playing a key role to make sure our practice abides by the HTM 0105 regulations. Over the years, Angel advanced her knowledge within the practice and was appointed our decontamination lead. She also assists on reception when required to support patients on a daily basis with their appointments, payments etc.
Hannah recently jointed us in summer 2021 and is our newest member of SLDP, taking on the role of Receptionist. Her role involves welcoming patients into the Practice, making them appointments and carrying out other administrative activities. Alongside the gold, Hannah has the knowledge and experience to run successful marketing campaigns which she did in her precious workplace.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her Daughter and socialising with friends and family. She also has a keen interest in photography which she previously studied at college.
